How do I place an order?
Placing an order is quick and simple. Choose your product, add it to your basket and complete the single-step checkout. You do not need to create an account. Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No. You can shop as a guest without creating an account. This keeps the process fast, simple and discreet.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Discount codes are shared occasionally through our trusted partners, including therapists, sexologists and influencers, as well as during selected promotions. Codes are entered during checkout and cannot be combined with sale items.
What should I do if my payment was declined?
If your payment is declined, please wait a moment and try again or choose a different payment method. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours, so you can place a new order. If the issue continues, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available occasionally as part of limited promotional campaigns. They are digital, valid for 12 months, can be used once only, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?
Yes. You can order a gift and choose a different delivery address. Gift orders do not include invoices or pricing information. Gift wrapping is available. Personalised gift messages are not included.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Yes. You will receive automatic emails confirming your order, payment and dispatch, including tracking details. If you do not receive them, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Do you offer student, loyalty, or promotional discounts?
We do not currently offer student discounts or a loyalty programme. Any active promotions are always shared on our social media channels.
Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Which delivery service do you use?
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next working day after payment has been received.
Royal Mail 24 aims for next working day delivery, though this is not a guaranteed 24-hour service. Deliveries may include Saturdays and, in some cases, Sundays.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no logos or descriptions of the contents. The sender name may appear as Will Do Studio or may be left blank. No information about the contents is visible on the parcel.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided for every order once it has been dispatched.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed or there is a delivery issue?
If your delivery is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number. We also ask that you inform us via our contact form so we can raise the issue with the courier from our side as well.
My order is marked as “delivered”, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbours and around your property first. In some cases, parcels that do not fit through a letterbox may be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour by the courier. If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact both Royal Mail and us via the contact form.
When is a parcel considered lost?
A parcel is considered lost if there has been no delivery confirmation or tracking update for at least 7 days.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing fault. Examples include items that do not power on, do not charge, or do not function correctly.
What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form. Include your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue. We will then contact you by email and request a short video showing the fault.
How does the returns process work for faulty items?
Once the fault has been confirmed, we will provide a return label at our cost. Depending on your preference and availability, we will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. A refund will be processed once our technical team confirms that the fault was not caused by incorrect use or use contrary to the product instructions.

What materials are Lovqa products made from and are they body-safe?
Lovqa products are made from premium, smooth body-safe silicone that is gentle on the skin. All products meet UK safety requirements and are UKCA and CE marked, confirming compliance with trusted UK and EU standards.
Are Lovqa products waterproof and what does IPX5 / IPX6 mean?
Yes. Lovqa products are waterproof to IPX5 or IPX6 standard. IPX5 means protection against water jets, while IPX6 offers protection against more powerful water jets. This makes the products suitable for use in the shower or bath and easy to clean under running water. They are not designed for long-term submersion or storage in water.
Where can I find detailed product specifications?
Each product page lists full specifications, including operation modes, materials, waterproof rating, power and charging time, size, weight and warranty. We recommend reviewing the individual product page before purchase.
How long do the products operate and how are they charged?
Full technical details, including charging time, operation modes and usage instructions, are always listed on the individual product page and in the instruction manual included with the product. A USB-C charging cable is included with each product. Products must not be used while charging, as this is unsafe.
What should I do if the product does not respond or stops working?
If the product does not respond, allow it to rest briefly and then connect it to the charger. After extended use, the battery may require recharging. In rare cases, temperature changes during storage or transport may affect performance. If the issue continues, please contact us using the contact form.
Are Lovqa products suitable for beginners and different types of use?
Yes. Lovqa products are designed with carefully shaped forms that make them ideal for beginners. They can be used for both external and internal stimulation, either solo or with a partner.
Do the products come with instructions?
Yes. Instructions are included in the packaging and can also be downloaded from the product page on our website.
What should I do if the product does not respond or stops working?
We recommend using water-based lubricants only. Silicone-based, oil-based or other lubricants may damage the silicone surface. Water-based lubricants are available in our shop.
How should I clean and care for my product?
Products should be cleaned before and after every use for hygiene reasons. Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly with a towel or paper towel. Do not use chemical or alcohol-based cleaners, as these may damage the silicone surface.
What should I do if I experience irritation or discomfort?
If you experience irritation, ensure adequate lubrication and avoid dry use. Proper lubrication helps protect the skin and intimate areas. Discontinue use if discomfort persists.
Can Lovqa products be used during pregnancy or used frequently?
For most people, sexual activity and masturbation during pregnancy are considered safe and may support relaxation and wellbeing. Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend consulting a GP or midwife if you have concerns. Lovqa products are intended for pleasure and relaxation. If you feel usage is becoming excessive or notice signs of compulsive behaviour, consider speaking with a GP or sexologist. Support is available and effective.
How long do Lovqa products last and what does the warranty cover?
With proper care, Lovqa products are designed to last for many years. The warranty covers technical faults such as battery or charging issues and manufacturing defects identified within 7 days of delivery. Damage caused by incorrect use or failure to follow instructions is not covered. Products are intended for adult use only, and misuse may void the warranty or right to return.
Can I travel with Lovqa products?
Lovqa products contain built-in, non-removable batteries and can be carried in hand luggage. We do not recommend placing them in checked baggage, as items with batteries may be restricted or confiscated.
