Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How we send your order
Every order is sent with Royal Mail 24 and dispatched the next working day after payment. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed. Deliveries can include Saturdays and, occasionally, Sundays.
Delivery cost
Delivery with Royal Mail 24 costs £3.50 and is free on orders over £35. The delivery cost is always shown in your basket before you reach checkout.
Discreet by design
Every parcel is sent in plain, neutral outer packaging with no logos and no description of what is inside. The sender is shown as Will Do Studio, a gift shop, so a neighbour can happily take in your parcel without any idea of what it contains.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number.
Sending a gift
You can send your order to a different address. Gift orders never include a receipt or any pricing information.
If something goes wrong
- If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking first and let us know at hello@willdostudio.co.uk so we can follow it up with Royal Mail too.
- If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbours and any safe place around your home, then contact us.
- We treat a parcel as lost when there has been no tracking update for at least 7 days. We will then arrange a replacement or a refund.
