We want you to feel confident ordering from us. This page explains your options if you change your mind or if something is not right with your order.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it. Because our products are intimate items, every box is closed with a hygiene seal. We can accept a change-of-mind return only while that seal is unbroken. Once the seal has been opened, the right to cancel no longer applies, as allowed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, email hello@willdostudio.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Please send the item back, sealed and unused, within 14 days of telling us. The cost of returning the item is yours. We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have sent it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply whether or not the seal has been opened.
- Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item and receive a full refund.
- After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If that is not possible or does not fix the problem, you can ask for a refund.
- We cover the cost of returning a faulty item and will send you a prepaid label.
To report a fault, email hello@willdostudio.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or short video helps us sort things out faster.
12-month warranty
Our rechargeable products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, such as a product that will not switch on, charge or work as described. The warranty does not cover damage caused by using a product in a way the instructions advise against. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method. If an item is returned in a condition caused by handling beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
