What we collect

- Payment information, which is handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.

- To take, deliver and support your order, because we need it to fulfil our contract with you.
- To keep financial records and meet our legal obligations.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or warranty claims.

Extra care with your orders
We understand that your order history is sensitive. We do not build profiles about you from what you buy, we do not sell your information, and we never use it to make assumptions about your health or private life. Order confirmation and delivery emails are kept discreet, and your parcel never shows what is inside.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed, with trusted providers who work on our behalf. These include our payment providers, Royal Mail for delivery, our website hosting and email services, and, if you accept cookies, Google and Meta for website analytics and advertising measurement. We do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use secure, reputable services to run our shop and limit access to your information to those who need it. If any of our providers process data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
Your rights
