Buying something intimate should feel calm and private, from the moment you start browsing to the moment your parcel arrives. For us, discretion is not an extra. It is simply how we work, and here is exactly what that means.
Plain packaging, every time
Every Lovqa order is sent in plain, neutral packaging. There are no logos, no product names and no clues on the outside about what is inside.
The sender on the label is Will Do Studio, a gift shop. So if a neighbour takes in your parcel, or someone else at home picks it up, it looks like any other delivery.

Quiet emails
After you order, we send only what you need, which is your order confirmation and dispatch updates. Our emails are written in plain, everyday language with nothing explicit in the subject line. We do not send marketing newsletters.
Your payment and your data
Payments are handled by secure, encrypted payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.
We collect only the information we need to deliver your order and look after you afterwards. You can read exactly what we keep and why in our Privacy policy.
Safety and honesty
Our electronic products carry UKCA and CE markings, and every product page lists its material, water resistance, battery and care details clearly. Each piece arrives sealed, and every product comes with printed instructions in the box.
Returns, handled with care
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery as long as the hygiene seal on the box is unbroken. If anything is faulty, your statutory rights apply whether or not the seal has been opened, and we cover the cost of returning it. Our Returns and refunds page explains everything.
